My father-in-law. The grunged metal tape is a Tim Holtz technique. FUN to do. I don't know why it is showing up bluish colored, I used black & rust alcohol ink. I also used the cheap metal tape from the hardware store.

LOL! I just figured out why my silver tape looks blue. I photographed it outside, it was reflecting the sun. Thank you for the encouraging comments.
