My wisteria pergola this May, 2012. It creates a wonderful shelter in my garden for birds and insects, as well as humans! It is all enclosing, a retreat from the world.
I used mists, inks and molding paste in this attempt to capture the lovely drape-y, sheltered, mysterious feeling that emanates from wisteria.

So funny, I always look at this one,even showed it to one of my boys. ( not that he is interessed in scrapbooklayouts, but even he said " nice" , and that my dear Nkaigle. is a BIG compliment out of his mouth!! But the funny thing: I forgot to put it in my favorites, so do that now.

What the heck. How did I miss this. This is a wild FAV so many times over - wish I could sneak over and touch it. Observe it - totally examine this amazing piece of art. The grape vines dangling - great touch. This whole piece is exquisit. I love to see you really expanding your wings into pure art - wowowowowow meeeowza.

My favorite flower.............have one in my yard. Finally has flowers again this summer.

I can't begin to tell you how much I love this!! I so admire wisteria! It's so perfectly gorgeous, it almost looks fake. I have a pergola with a silver lace vine over the top and I know what you mean about being enclosed. It's my favorite place to be.
