This is a mixed media piece I created for my Skeletons in the Closet challenge over at Scraps of Darkness. I used the March- Needful Things kit to put this canvas together. The challenge this term is to scrap how you escape from the world. Mine is to go to that place where I clear my mind. I'm not asleep - I'm aware but not engaged. It's something you practice in yoga though I don't always do it formally. It's about being in the moment focusing on nothing or your yoga practice and clearing your mind of everything else. It's rather difficult to do. When someone says let all your thoughts go away it's not as easy as it sounds!
