This LO was created for the girls girls girls challenge and the hoarder challenge. The photo is of my granddaughter who is CRAZY about mermaids.
I used Imaginisce - Makin' Waves Collection walking on Sunshine and Echo Park - Splash Collection - 12 x 12 Double Sided Paper - Fish papers that I purchased this past summer.
I used misc. gems, brads and ribbons that have been in my stash for many moons.
