A wonderful rare occasion when our family could all be together at Christmas when our dd came home from America for a holiday, so took advantage to have a photo taken.
This layout is my attempt to scraplift one of my favourite artists Gabrielle Pollaco. While small differences were intended to cater for the different orientation of the photo and to make it my own, I realised how difficult it is to scraplift such a great artist as Gabrielle is, and I struggled but will continue to try to adapt her style which I love so much. Her Layout for the beautiful paper line Maja Designs was for the 'January Mood Board Challenge', when I saw it I immediately purchased the entire range available from the only store in Australia that stocks this gorgeous paper (Charlotte's Web in South Australia).
