I found an old picture of my son when he was in 3rd grade (he's 16 now). When he was taking his 1st assessment test he was very nervous. His older sister (who was 15) made up a convenient statistic that kids who wore yellow shirts scored higher than other kids. From then on he's had to wear yellow shirts for big tests. I used some Echo Park papers (This & That collection). Thickers letters, Basic Grey letters, Stampin' Up dies: butterfly and gears), Tim Holtz word bands (encourage your hopes not your fears), American Crafts ribbon.
