What a magical way to use all of the washi tape! Love the sewing and the way you did the title. Disney los make me happy and yours definitely made me smile. :)
LOL - so very appropriate for the "happiest place on earth" (I have the same expression on my DD's face from 30 years ago on her first visit to Disneyland). Love all the washi tape! this is so much FUN - I am smiling from ear to ear - LOL.
He was probably squinting because the sun was in his eyes! ;-) Love love the use of all that Washi tape!! It makes a marvelous background!! Great photo!
I had to laugh as I clicked on this. I have a similar photo of my grandson at Disney and I have no idea why he wasn't happy. I love, love, love the strips and punched edges and washi tape and every little thing you used as the background of this layout. Super fun design. Wish I still had a few Disneys left to do.
This photo makes me giggle EVERY time I see it! Our son's first trip to Disneyland last December. He was all smiles the WHOLE day except for this photo.... somehow while taking a family selfie as we waited for the parade to start, we managed to catch him giving the most UNhappy face! (I nearly made this our Christmas card photo!) Poor baby, he really did have a great day in the happiest place on earth! :)
This one's been in my head for a while, though I wasn't sure how I'd do the BG. When I posted the photo to Facebook, I included the caption "Yes this is the happiest place on earth, why do you ask?" It generated a TON of comments and I knew I'd scrap the photo with that line somewhere.
Since the 5 ingredient's challenge this month was to use washi tape (and I have... oh let's just say 'a few'), I decided to try them for a Disney page. I actually had planned to do a different family photo in DL, but this one just looked so perfect, I couldn't resist and I'm SO happy with the results! This came together super quick and super easy! Five ingredients are: - Washi (duh) - ME in the photo - Journalling - Something 'tucked': journal tag is tucked behind photo matte - A current obsession: aside from the obvious washi addiction, I'm also obsessed with stitching and wood pieces - both used here!
