What is this? My son took a picture of this while driving through Scotland. I am scrapping a book for him, but really don't know what this creature is. UPDATE: IT'S A HAIRY COO (OR HAIRY COW FOR US NON-SCOTLANDERS). DOES ANYONE HAVE A CATCHY TITLE, QUOTE OR JOURNALING TO GO ALONG WITH THIS?
