Pumpkin Cheese Cake

Cheese cake made with pumpkin & a sour cream top. What makes this so delicious, the fact it's not heavy like a regular cheese cake because the eggs are separated, & whites are whipped to meringue consistency & folded into the other ingredients. Had guest for the week, so we had a family dinner & this was dessert!
