This is a picture of mine and moms white cubes and the one lone black on. We are slowly adding the cubes to our room. I have five more to assemble. And two more buy, plan to buy two more black ones. the plastic storage 12x12 hold paper kits and handmades of moms.

Tneal, no I tend label and keep stuff pretty organized. I just have so much stuff I occasionally forget what all I have. We learnt to use mailing labels and cardstock journaled list of items in the containers. This way if we change it, all we do is relabel the container.
I love my cubes and next week we are finally putting together the remaining ones that we have sitting in my room.

Your room looks like mine.... stuffed to the brim. Can you find stuff when you want them? I can't, I need a better system.
