The blue crate holds vertical pocket folders of colored paper and cardstock in ROYGBIV order. Each folder is labeled with a postit. Behind the colors are White/Cream, Brown/Beige, and Black/Grey, then Christmas stacks and Food/Cooking stacks. The white milk crate holds paper stacks that are labeled by theme, like All-Season, Boys, Brights, Dogs, Wedding/Romance, etc.

this is how I store mine, only with different dividers. My crates are with wheels so that makes it easy for me to slide under a table.
