My favorite technique for unfinished chipboard is to use it unfinished over kraft paper. Here I used a gorgeous articulated feather design as well as the fantastic title which sits on a small rod- perfect for any scrap style- modern to romantic.
I spray painted the tags using Liquitex paint (which is AWESOME!!! Buy it- you'll loove it!)
