Hi Everyone-
This is another design team project for Scraps of Darkness featuring the beautiful February kit "Simple Pleasures" This is a hilarious photo of me when I was little. Look at that hair do! What was my mother thinking???
I have used Gabi P's technique of pulling in some of the paper edges. The leaf die is a CottogeCutz one. These Kaisercraft papers are gorgeous and work so well for a vintage style layout.

Question, what is the lacey paper under the folded back pieces? We get to see a hint of a lacey edge and I was wondering if that was a full piece of paper or did you tuck that behind the folds for the hint of lace. I see where I could actually lift your page and went layer by layer. It's beautiful! I see hair do's my mom did to my sister and I and think the same thing. It must have been the style then (or something...lol) That's what I say when I see a picture with my hair in a style I shake my head at hee hee hee. Stunning page. Love the little details, the peek of lace, the little flowers at the folds, all these little details that make this amazing.
