Grungy Black and Blue 4x6 Scrapbooked Steampunk Picture Frame

This picture frame is stylized with handmade embellishments and papers created and designed by me. The paper line is titled Dreaming Draven by Kallio Kalleidoscapes. The frame is black with a distressed technique and accented with the brighter ribbon in a glittered blue. I used crafting fibers to add several different textures to the frame and placed a picture mount on the inside of the glass with a label for journaling. Little gems, cogs, and paper scraps add to the textures on the frame.
