Definitely not a 3 hour, 1 tool project. I think every tool my husband owned was on our living room floor and it took him 6 hours to put together and another 3 for me to add the brackets and the shelves. Then three more days, on and off, of putting all my supplies in it - haven't even used it yet, it is so nice and organized, I'm afraid I'm going to mess it up:)
