LO of my daughter and me.......and we are best friends!! We are so much alike it's crazy!! We have a ball together! Tons of distressing, some cut work, layered the girl and balloons to look 3-D, and also added real "string" to the balloons for more of a 3-D effect! Thanks so much for takin' peek! Teresa*
