Mere et Filles 1896

My paternal Great Grandmother seated in the middle, with her daughters. Seated from left bottom is daughter Emma, then standing, my Grandmother Parmelia, next to her Marie Louise, then Corine, and seated on the bottom right is Aurora. Taking my cues from the clothing, especially the beautifully intricate white blouses that the younger daughters were wearing, I embellished this page with a small antique collar, bits of antique crocheted items, an old fan, silk velvet, cameo and old buttons. Although it is difficult to see, the two sisters who are seated are both holding fans. All of the women are wearing cameos or pins of some sort. One part of the photo was badly damaged so I tried to fix it, but I'm afraid I did a hack job doing it!
