Be Happy (Designed for C'est Magnifique)

September's kit was filled with loveliness. Lots of torn strips, lace, masking tape, stamping, gesso and the tea bag technique were used to create this soft textured background. There was one particular fussy cutting page of labels, tags and ephemera pictures in the Huntington Garden Riddersholm paper collection that was so much fun to use and on this page there are a few of those pieces.
