I fell in love with this shell paper and just had to use it! The title is made from large chipboard letters - I was going to change the color but when I layed them down I just loved how they were so I didn't do anything to them after all. I used some rub ons and made a few little flags with liquid pearls and threw on a few shell embellies. . ..
