Last week the nurse was able to find the hearbeat on my little pumpkin. It made this pregnancy very real. I can't believe I'm going to be a mom of three children. The ages will be 5 years, 2 years and a newborn! Wow! We had planned on only having two, but I guess the good lord had a different plan for us. We will get to find out the gender of the baby in May. The university in my town has a RadTech program and they need "test subjects" to practice on so I volunteered. I"m so excited to f... Continue Reading...

I was so excited to win the drawing for Feb. 5th from sb.com for writing reviews. The craziest thing is I didn't know that there was a contest going on! I was just being helpful. I used the $10 coupon to purchase some scrapworks page protectors for my baby girl's album. She is 17 months and I'm just starting on her baby album, how sad is that! I've been pretty motivated lately and am trying my best to use up supplies before purchasing any new things... that is until the new Memory Works cat... Continue Reading...

The Dr. got the beads out of my DD ears. She did really well. Funny thing the Dr. used a tool similar to the 3 prong applicator... just much smaller so it could fit in the ear. Hopefully the DR. can get the beads out of my childs ears today. On the subject of things in children's ears (or nose) I thought I could use scrapbooking supplies.
1. I wonder if sticker tweezers would work?
2. I wonder if the tweezers with a glue dot on the end would stick to the bead therefore remove it?
3. I wonder if a paper piercer would work? Not on a bead, but maybe a bean??
4. I wonder if the Pebbles pom pom paint three prong applicator would work?
Leave a comment if you c... Continue Reading...

My daughter just informed me today that she put "green things" in her ears. The green things would be plastic beads! I thought I had picked up all beads when a necklace broke so my 1year old wouldn't eat them. I can't believe my 4 year old picked them up and put one in each ear. They have been in for atleast a week or so! Oh and the Dr. can't see her until Monday. Oh well, she says her ears don't hurt. I don't want to try to get them because I think I would just shove them in further. Th... Continue Reading...
