Sue asked to see photos of my garden. These were taken in July 2005 when it was a mish-mosh of different plants that had reseeded themselves. I thinned it out quite a bit last summer. I had too many of the same things and too much yellow. This year I added six new perennials so once those are established it'll have a different look. I plan to move all the tiger lilies to the south side of my house. I'll replace them with other types of perennials to match the rest of the garden. I'm feeling ambi...

For the first time I had to make a real grown up decision on my own. I had to have my cat put to sleep yesterday. I made the decision on my own because she was "my" cat. I hate those emails I get with the word "FREE" in the subject line. FREE shipping, FREE gift, FREE whatever. 9.5 times out of 10, when I open the email and read the details, the only way to get said FREE deal is if I spend more money than I normally would have. FREE shipping with $50 purchase, FREE gift with $60 purchase. If I have to spend more money to get a free deal, then it's not really free now is it?
