The weather is gorgeous today the kids are at their grandma's house and I'm in front of the computer instead of doing anything constructive. I've been doing some creating lately. Unfortunately most of it is falling flat compared to what I want my finished products to look like. But I did get my SU 6X6 page swap done and sent (barely squeeked that one out), and I got my card swap done and sent out for the April Card Making Mama's swap. Now I'm trying to figure out how to do postcards for another swap. It sounded really cool, and way less expensive than what I usually create. It always astounds me that my two children can be so very different. As I type this Molly is at preschool and Jack is playing by himself in his bedroom. I can turn around and look into his room from the computer and he has his 'guys' out and is making up stories doing sound f/x and having a grand time alone. Molly has never played by herself like that. Even now at 5 she doesn't do pretend tea parties with her dolls or create elaborate stories for them to play out. She is more than happy to ...

The one tool I said I would never get is the Cricut. Mostly because of the price tag and I really LOVE my Cuttlebug and thought it was silly to have two machines. But my store got the new Expressions in and didn't use the little one any more and they sold it to me for $50! For that price how could I say no? So now I have a Cricut with the George cart. and a store that rents the carts for a week for $7 so I'm just giggling with happiness!
