It has been awhile since I've been on SB.com. My husband and I have gone through a lifestyle change. We joined Preventative Health Services and now eat healthy, exercise, take vitamins, and fiber. We started in March by having our daughter come clean out our cabinets. We rarely eat processed food anymore. The good news is my husband has lost 50 pounds and I have lost 25 pounds. Well - I'm a little slow on the uptake - but I've been hit by My Friend Scrap 24/7. I'm to list seven pet peeves - do I have seven? I cannot believe how long I had to wait to get back to scrapbooing! I fractured my right-elbow on September 22, 2007 and am now getting back to being able to checkout SB.com and scrap. My first night back scrapping was right before Christmas and my hand was so swollen when I got home. But it was good therapy. Well my favorite store is closed. What I found though is some of the ladies scrap at my church. It usually doesn't cost anything unless it's a long one. This Friday - we're scrapping from 6:00 to midnight - happy that I'll still be with my scrappin' friends! I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe 4th of July.
