I don't know what it is. I am constantly buying scrapbook supplies. A TON of them. Every store I go to, I look to see if there is something that can be incorporated into scrapbooking. I check the scrapbook aisle at Target EVERY time I go in, which can be several times a week some weeks. Well... I just dragged myself and I mean really dragged myself through a 3-mile walk around the dirt roads surrounding my house. It took me 55 minutes to walk the entire loop. That's 18.5 minutes a mile. I used to be able to walk a 15-minute mile but, that was when I was younger and in much better shape. My goal is to walk at least 3 times a week and to cut back on my portions at meal time and try to eat healthier snacks....goodbye for now doritos!
