I have to confess and say that I don't blog here much at all. Mainly because I have our own blog on the web (see the link in my bio :) ). Ty went back today. The kids and I dropped him off at Dulles Airport and I did find it amazingly easier than the last time. Today I am thankful for technology. 16 years ago, Ty was serving in the U.S. Army in Operation Desert Storm. He spent six months of his life there (his tour was abruptly ended by the sudden death of his father here in the states), and in all of the six months he was there, he was able to call home one time.
