I have not seen any demonstrations at CHA on the new cutter. It says ship date of 7/25/12 but what exactly does that mean? Why isn't is posted as a new item on your website?

Apenny4urthoughts- I'm so sorry about your bad experience- that's totally not the norm for Fiskars. I e-mailed you privately. I work with Fiskars (not in customer service), but I'll totally help you get this sorted out. :) Fiskars is famous for customer service- and I hope to hear from you so we can get this sorted out soon!!!

Really disappointed with lack of response regarding purchase of defective squeeze punch. Purchase was made on 2.10.08 notification sent and call made that same week. Not the type of Customer Service I expect from Fiskars.
