Your daughter is majoring in Spanish? Very cool! I am unfortunately way up in Cecil County, which is all the way across the state from Prince George's county. Our Spanish teachers are quite poor, but the woman from the middle school is an absolutely amazing teacher! She has inspired me to pursue and enjoy languages. I know in college I will either double major in Spanish or pursue Spanish but double major in another language like Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, or Russian. Either way I want to become fluent in Spanish and ASL, at least. Me encanta espanol! Unfortunately, because I've had two years of bad teaching, my skills are not up to par but I do plenty of studying in my spare time to try and catch up. When it comes to learning a language, I personally benefit from a classroom and a teacher.
