Hey girl, it's been forever! Had to pop in to say hello, how are you doing? We're holding up at this end. Kaleb's growing like a weed and keeping me ever so busy, but we're having alot of fun!

Hi!! Sorry it took me so long to respond to you. I've been in a whirlwind of emotions on my end. The day you sent your message to me, we had bought our first puppy. This was on a Friday. By Monday, we had him at the vets. It was so not good. He was a little Yorkie that we named Cobi. He was the cutest thing I had ever seen. Total love at first sight for me. Well, we ended up having to put him to sleep last Thursday :( He got some kind of infection they think in his intestines and then it went into his blood stream. It is by far the saddest thing I have ever had to deal with. I had no idea I would become so attached to the little guy so quickly. Going in and out of the vets (he stayed there for 3 days until we had to put him to sleep) was so heartbreaking. I saw his little body get weaker and weaker. I had to idea that I could cry so much. Thank goodness I got some cute pics of him :) I'll do an lo of him but not right now. The breeder was upset also and said that they would give us our money back or pick of the next litter. We are going to take first pick of the next litter. Those puppies are supposed to be born sometime in April and he/she would be ready to come home in late June. My youngest is breaking my heart saying that he wants the new puppy to be named Cobi also since we didn't have Cobi that long. So sad. I cried for so many days. Brother! I'm getting better though :) So what's going on on your end? Has your weather gotten better? It's not bad here. We actually just had the third driest February on record they say. I guess that's good for Seattle huh? Lol!! I had to laugh when I thought about the fact that your kids can't stay home from school for a snow day :) My boys would never be homeschooled just for that reason alone. Ha Ha Ha. They live for the occasional snow day!! Well, I got the opportunity to go to the CHA convention with my boss. It was awesome. I had a total blast!! Going from booth to booth to booth etc, and buying product after product was so fun! I came home with lots of freebies (t-shirts, products, stamps etc) and totally exhausted. We were on the go from 6am to 11pm every night. We were there (Anaheim, Ca) for 5 days. Mostly I kept track of what we ordered, who from, how much etc. I had lot's of "star" sightings. Ali Edwards, Stacy Julian, Tim Holtz, Heidi Swapp, Brenda Walton and even saw Elsie herself from the Love Elsie line. I took over 1500 pictures!!!!! I hope I get the opportunity to go again. Well I hope you are all doing well, I've got to go to work now so you have a wonderful week. And like you, I will eventually get something posted on here! LOL!! I'm working on an acrylic album for the store. Just for an example. Hopefully I'll get it posted in the next few days. Talk to ya later!!

Hey there stranger!! How's things? Good here, just lot's of crappy weather!! Seattle is living up to it's rep :) I normally defend Seattle and say that the weather is really not as bad as people think. However this year...........it really does just suck :) LOL! I recently got a part time job at my LSS. That's been just down right dangerous. LOL! All the new products are starting to roll in the store and I'm going crazy. I just can't scrap fast enough to keep up with my purchasing :) Every scrapper morale dilema!! Well hey, I hope all is going well on your end. Have a wonderful week.
