Merry Christmas, Pam! I haven't been on for awhile so just now saw that you had stopped by. GT is still open as far as I know. I've been going to Beverly's Unique Scrapbooking on So. Land Drive. A bit of a drive but a wonderful store and I meet my friends from work that scrap. Maybe you can join us sometime. Have a wonderful holiday and keep your chin up.

went by scrapbook station in Roseville and store is closing. Everything is 30% off right now. I live right behind there now, so I will be checking the next few weeks when more things are on sale at like 50-60%!!

Dr. Michael Geschwind, Dr. Bruce Miller and Dr. Stanley Prusiner from University of California, San Francisco are currently running a treatment trial for sporadic CJD using quinacrine, a medicine originally created for malaria. Pilot studies showed quinacrine permanently cleared abnormal prion proteins from cell cultures, but results have not yet been published on the clinical study.
