I love paper piercing I'm not sure if anyone else uses them, I want to share with everyone that I use the clear DVD covers to storage them it, since there are small pieces some time. easy to store away.

Thank you for commenting on my photo trays. I do not have a youtube on how to do them. But they are not difficult. If you need ideas you can go to Archiver's website. They lots of samples on there. Try one. They're fun to do.

Good morning!
Heard your call for help loud and clear my dear. I know EXACTLY what you're saying...remembering when I wanted to try my hand at digi, but didn't really know which way to turn. There are so many scrapbooking programs out there and the trick is finding the one that is the best fit for you.
I myself use Lumapix FotoFusion Enhanced. They offered a trial version and I found that we were a pretty good fit. It operates on a fairly simple drag and drop method and the learning curve is pretty gentle....no need to worry about creating all those pesky layers, it's basically done for you. I was scrapping with it right away. I do dabble in Photo Shop Elements, but use that mainly for extractions and photo editing. For me it feels a bit cumbersome for everyday scrapping, but then again, I'm not the most computer literate person in the world.
I would suggest that you google "digital scrapbooking programs" and see what's out there. I know Adobe offers trial versions of most of their programs as do many of the others....which is really nice in the sense that you can see, if something is gonna work for you BEFORE investing the $$.
Hope I was helpful. I'd be very interested to see what you discover. :)
Good luck!
Deb

You asked me what kind of camera I use. I currently have a Panasonic DMC-FZ7. It's a point a shoot with some manual capabilities, but so far, I've just been using the point and shoot part of it. :) Thank you for the compliment!
