Thanks so much for the sweet comments on my latest project. Basically its a regular flower pot, I use a really strong adhesive and start breaking tiles and plates and then glue them on. After it dries, I just use regular grout, add some acrylic paints to give it some color and fill in all the cracks with the grout. Let it cure and then seal it with a tile sealer. It's super fun and quite easy. I basically taught myself how to do it. You can find plates second hand and the tiles are usually either Home Depot or tile stores have an area for "mistakes" (ones that don't turn out that great) But all of the materials can be purchased at Home Depot or other hardware store.
