Thanks for visiting my gallery today. I just wanted to get back to you on a question you had about the embossing I did with ink. I just learned how today here on scrapbook.com. I watched a great free instructional video by Tim Holtz. He shows you step by step how to do it. Here's the link, I hope it helps. http://store.scrapbook.com/sz-656941.html Have a great weekend! ~ Lisa

Hi! A long time ago you left a nice comment about a page with some octagons. I just wanted to let you know I cut them from the cricut. :) Thanks

Hi, thanks for your comment on my "Joy" layout. I made the hexagons myself, first I cut out a hexagon from a pp from My Mind's Eye (follow your heart collection) and I used that as an example for the hexagons I made, you just have to choose which paper you want to use. Have a nice evening, Astrid

Thank you for the comment on my Colorful Characters page. Those are actually octagons and my friend cut them from the cricut using a program on the computer. But creative memories does sell a hexagon punch if you are looking for one :)

Hi! Thanks so much for the sweet sweet comment on my layout! It's actually a digital layout so there wasn't any glue! For a paper layout, I think gluing the flags and then the string on top would be perfect, though I'm not sure what kind of glue would be best! I hope you figure it out! Thanks!

Right, it's NOT supposed to have the border piece. The corner has little "wings" you can turn out to keep it in the right place, and not push the paper in too far. If you get it wrong, the other part won't match.
