Mmmhmmmm. It is the applicator with the handle, the foam doesn't soak up the ink, so it doesn't dry on there. You can leave it out, inked, come back 4 days later and use it without re-inking. Crazy stuff.

Thanks!! Yeah, I used the TH ink applicator tool to do the inking. I bought one at class, it is a really great tool for the ink. :)
