This is Kobe with her two angels, Laura and Maureen. They are the oncologists who have been looking after Kobe and I don't have words to express how grateful I am, for not only their care of Kobe, but their wonderful positive happy attitude and their care of me (emotionally) too!
Kobe finished the cancer treatment protocol a few weeks ago and today she had her first post treatment check up and I am so happy to say that she is still in remission. I can't tell you how much I treasure each day with her....each walk in the park, each tale wagging 'good morning' greeting, each gift of a smelly sock as you walk in the door.

I read your comment Chez ;), thanks for the mojo....it's been over 3 months since I have done any scrapping and finally I have found some inspiration in my own joy at Kobe doing so well, to create a new layout about my beautiful girl.
The good thing about having a scrapping hiatus is that all your supplies seem like new again as you re discover your stash. The bad thing is that you can't justify buying any new stuff as you have SO MUCH old stuff to use up and all the stuff you were bored with before, is still there sitting in your stash!

Thanks for looking. And a BIG thank you to everyone who has sent me all the lovely well wishes for Kobe throughout her diagnosis & treatment. They have been very much appreciated. x

Having said that, I know exactly how you must have felt...when my Meggie was diagnosed with diabetes and fought for three years against that dibilitating sickness, I was more of a wreck than she was. I believe that they know how much we love them and that they fight as hard for us as we do for them :)xx
