SHCG: Just needs some journaling...or title. What's the first thing that comes to mind?
SHCG: Simple and beautiful, I love the texture that the crumpled paper adds and I like how the blue really picks up off the sky from the photo. I think it would really look great f you had a journaling spot to the bottom right of the photo to add to the page.
SHCG: I love the crinkly digi pps and your color scheme. Beautiful shot of your house, but is it a side entrance? It looks so unfamiliar to me. I like the simple circles in varied sizes. I'd like to see the circles closest to the photo (little one at the top left and larger one at the bottom left) moved so that part of them are underneath the photo. Nix the comma, fer sure. I can also see a simple word, "Home" in the bottom right corner of your photo in green maybe. It'll create a visual triangle with the circles I mentioned and the word. I like the idea you're going with for this album.
SHCG - Me likey the off-center placement & use of negative space. The color choices work well to echo hues from your picture. Agree re: removing the comma. I like what you wrote in your description in the LO thread & would add something like that - "Just an everyday pic of our home." Like how the texture background is offset by the airy blue circles. Great scrap subject!
SHCG: So cool. Simple and sweet. I love the circles and the aplacement of them. If you want to put a title on this, a simple title might work, even as simple as "home sweet home", or "our home" or "our house" . I do agree that removing the comma between January and 2010 is a good idea.
shcg - I think this is a great simple page to use at the start of an album. I'd get rid of the comma between January and 2010 and see about moving that bit to underneath the photo instead of the bottom corner. Great textured papers.
