Ya, they look black but are brindles with more black strips them fawn color.

But, genetically, they are still brindle (just different shades), because boxers are only fawn or brindle. No such thing as a black boxer (just a VERY dark brindle). :D

the reverse & seal brindles are harder to find. You don't see them much at all/ Most times you just see the fawns & lighter brindles. The reverse look almost black.
