for Oct AGC fulfills 3 challenges: do a lo about your scraproom, 5x5(5 of each item) and lo about your hopes and dreams.
For the 5 x 5 lo, you were to have 5 of each whatever you used. I used: 5 patterned papers (this is per half of the two page lo) 5 photos, 5 stitches per page (I counted a cross stitch as one) 5 embellies
Originally, I scrapped in the garage, yes the garage. We had tons of pegboard in there, and I just loved using it to hang my stuff. Besides, I could have an occasional cigarette out there, and be totally alone. Of course the weather was a factor. In the winter I used a kerosene heater, which didn't bother me too much. The hot was the worry. I noticed my rub-on's melting against the paper and worried my photos would warp. So, just a few months ago I moved! Now I use the dining room. I put up some peg board from Lowe's, converted my husband's snap on cart to my own mobile scrap cart, and found a rotating rack from the grocery store on sale for 10 bucks. These are my favorite things about my room. Now, we will be moving again. I'd like to take it up a notch, and do my dream scrap room. Now, I saw this one online, and I love it. The only thing I would add, is of course: Peg board. I love peg board, I can use it in so many ways. So, hopefully soon there will be photos about my new "dream scrapbook room".
