For my S.I.L Hansee. This is a die cut technique I picked up from Online Card Classes: A Cut Above. I taped the Alphabet dies to the cardstock temporarily and let the lower part of the dies and cardstock hang off the edge of my cutting plate as I ran it through the Cuttlebug. This prevents the die from cutting through the cardstock in that area. Then I used a craft knife to cut the little pieces between the alphabets and free the excess cardstock around the upper portion of the letters. This can be done with all kinds of dies to make them longer or to do a partial cut within your card design. I should have foam mounted the letter portion for more impact.
