A Mother's Love
I ran across this picture a couple of days ago, and it just brought back so many memories and feelings from when my son was this young. And, after the awful week we had last week, it reminded me that the potential for things to go horribly wrong at any time will always be lurking. And, I am often told "I don't know how you do it." But, the answer is simple: a mother's love is the only thing that can get you through the hard times when you have a child like this; it is powerful and magical and it gives you strength and courage that you never imagined possible when you need it the most. (That's basically the sentiment of the hidden journaling that can be pulled out at the top above the title.)
