The subway station closest to our hotel had the most horrifying escalator I had ever seen. I am scared of heights and it seems there was no end to this one.

	By Aquabunny 02-Mar-13 Wow, reminds me of the time the down escalator at the Dupont Circle entrance to the Washington DC subway was open but not running, and we had to walk down - very disorienting.
