This is my mil's parents. The large photo is a picture of them on thier 50th wedding anniversary. The smaller picture we are unsure of when it was taken, but I thought it was so cute of them. The journaling recalls that everyone told Marie to stay away from Al because he was wild and crazy, while Al recalls thier wedding to be a 15 minute ceremony and then off they went on thier honeymoon with only $5 in thier pocket. Created for Design Seeds Challenge and Cricut Challenge. Again the main bg paper is Anna Griffin. While the strip of paper behind the picture is Karen Foster. In the kit was some punch out to use for cardmaking. I layered them on top of the design of the paper with pop dots. The bling is from Recollections which I cut apart to create. The golden frame was also in the Anna Griffin kit. The cream resin frame is a Jolee's Botique. The stick pin is CTMH. Offray lace and individual bling jewels. I used Jasmine cartridge to cut the upper corner jouranling frame and Art Philosophy to cut the scalloped vellum circle.
Here is the story in the making of this. I had entirely different paper picked out so that I would have enough for the coordinating pages that follow. But when I accidentally placed the picture on top of this paper it was like Grandpa Burger just lit up and smiled bigger! So either I am losing it or on too many pain meds! :)
