This little cutie is my nephew Tim. He and his mom went to Plopsaland a theme park in Belgium, and they had a blast.
I started with a cream piece of cardstock, which I inked up completely with distress inks. Then I placed the Prima felt strip at the top and sprayed it with the glimmer mist, heat dried it and voila... it looks like I've stamped with the felt strip. This page has so much shimmer in real life... it is a little lighter too.
