Twas the Night Before Christmas...and it has become one of our family traditions to have french toast for Christmas breakfast. Kelly got a simple yet delicious recipe for Creme Brulee French Toast from a co-worker and it is our new Christmas breakfast. It soaks overnight in the refrigerator and Christmas morning as soon as we get up and bring it to room temperature, in the oven it goes. We open presents to the tantalizing aroma as it bakes and after all the presents are opened we all sit down to this special breakfast. Morgan helped this year to make the "brulee" portion.
