Back view of box

This is a trinket box I just made. I had one of those boxes that look like a book and decided to do something with it. So, first, I cover the top with some paper from Tim Holtz. I stamped a small cardboard square from Recollections card making embellishments with a beautiful Victorian woman's face. I made the flowers using my Cricut and the Flower Shoppe cartridge. I also made the bird cage with using the Empty Nest cartridge. The little bird was also from the same recollections set. I then added the metal corner pieces from Tim Holtz. I added a few rub ons and I then put some gemstones all around the bottom and a a few on top, including a green Gemstone flower from Spare Parts. I added some lace which I dipped in coffee to age it, and along the side I also added some pearls. I then bought some wooden circles, painted them black and glued on for the legs.
