Ivory side fold card with print paper glued to "bottle area" (NOTE: Draw the bottle on the card & glue papers BEFORE cutting card) Chalked nipple, blue bottle cap glued on last. Than pattern laid down again & bottle shape cut. Than I decorated as shown. Stamping inside.
