Shades of Blue

Top fold card with bottom of card punched out (Martha Stewart border Punch) into a border & glued to the inside bottom of card. Added a strip of blue stamped with headline. Stamped my saying inside close to the inside fold to leave room for signing. Added 3D flower from K&Company to card front.
