I had some fun creating paper ruffles when I made this layout for the Maja design team. I just loved the soft subtle colors in the Vintage Summer Basics collection and the floral mini print but me in mind of a little girls ruffle dress, so I made this triple layered ruffle design. I've also used more of the NEW chipboard from Dusty Attic on this page (deVine Frame Set and the Flutterbies #3)....I also found the cutest knit bloom by Jolee's boutique, I thought the soft look of it would be a nice accent for the photo of my niece Kiera (yep, she's a todler now but I still am scrapping baby pics lol!)
