I was playing with the new Washi Tape from Websters pages on this layout of my 2 little great nieces.....I thought I'd try using the tape for part of my title. I just love that cute chalk pastels paper design from the Composition & Color collection, it was just the thing for scrapping the photo of the girls doing a little painting.
