Hi I'm Karen or "Cage". And yes that is a real nickname I've had for about 20 years now - and that story is too long to tell here  
I have been scrapping for a little more than 15 years now and I LOVE it. It compliments my real love of photography. Please feel free to view my photos on my homepage (see link below)
Like all people in some form or another, I am stereotyped by many names....woman, mother, daughter, friend, lover, photographer, artist, musician, singer, poet, writer, chef, cheeky, playful, optimist, victim, survivor...I am none of these things and all of these things and more...I am me.
I have been truly blessed with eternal love, a deep connection to another soul, that allows me to be fully present in my own life everyday, experiencing and sharing both profound joys and deep sorrows, the wonder of all of life's beauty, the reflections of quietude and peace in my heart.
I am a cancer survivor...and throughout that whole adventure I was given the grandest of opportunities...a second chance at life. And I am not wasting a single minute of it...and neither should you.
Life is too short to wait for someday. Break the rules. Forgive quickly.
Kiss slowly and deeply. Love truly and fervently with all of your heart.
Laugh freely and uncontrollably. Dance passionately like no one's watching.
And never never never ever regret anything that made you smile.
You only get one trip through life - make it worthy enough to be called an adventure! And then.....scrap it !!!
