Kate is the youngest daughter of the well known writer, the late Martin Buxbaum. Like her father before her, she has a passion for writing, humor, and a genuine love of people.She lives and works in Hagerstown, Maryland surrounded by the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. She writes under the name of Prado's Pen. Kate wrote her own book of verses in 2005 called Angel's Wings and Secret Things. Her work has been published on Today's Woman Writing Community, The Relgion Network with Lisa Bowman, The Salvation Army,Chicken Soup for the Soul, H.E.R. and can been seen on such web sites as quotiki.com, Christianpoetry.com, and poemhunters.com.
